3. Information about your clients
Agents may enter information about their clients, for example in private notes or in a follow-up link. For that information, the agent decides what is entered and why. We process it on the agent's behalf, only to provide Pitch Room. Agents are responsible for having a lawful reason to enter it.
4. The law we follow
We handle personal data in line with [Applicable data protection law]. We use your data because:
- we need it to provide the service you signed up for;
- the law requires it, for example tax and accounting records;
- we have a legitimate interest, for example keeping the service secure and improving it;
- or you have given consent, for example to receive product news. You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with:

- delete it;
- stop or limit how we use it;
- send it to you, or to another provider, in a usable format.
