1. Who we are

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] ("we", "us"), a company registered in [Free zone], United Arab Emirates, licence number [Licence number], with its registered address at [Registered address]. Pitch Room is our product and trade name.

By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms. If you use Pitch Room for a business, you confirm that you can accept these terms for that business.

2. What we provide

Pitch Room is software for presenting property to clients. It runs in a web browser. The agent's laptop shows the client's screen, and the agent's phone works as a private remote. We provide it as an online subscription. Nothing physical is delivered.

• Standard and Premium are plans for individual agents, billed monthly. What each plan includes is shown on our agents page.
• Agency seats and the Developer edition are sold under a written quote and agreement. Where that agreement says something different from these terms, the agreement applies.

3. Your account

• Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• One login is for one agent. Keep your password private and don't share your login.
• One meeting can be live at a time per login.
• We may suspend an account that is shared or misused. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you first.

4. Prices and payment

• Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and are shown on our website. VAT is added if applicable.
• Agent plans are paid monthly in advance by card, through our payment processor, [Payment processor]. We don't see or store your full card number.
• Your card is charged automatically on the same date each month until you cancel.
• If a payment fails, we'll tell you and may pause your account until it's paid.
• We may change our prices. We'll email you at least [30 days] before a new price applies to you. If you don't agree, you can cancel before then.

5. Delivery and access

Your account is ready as soon as your first payment goes through, and we confirm it by email. To use Pitch Room you need a laptop with an up-to-date browser, a smartphone with a camera, and an internet connection. A phone hotspot is enough.

6. Changing plans and cancelling

You can upgrade or downgrade from your account. An upgrade starts straight away. A downgrade starts on your next billing date. Any change in price is shown before you confirm.

You can cancel at any time. How cancelling and refunds work is explained in our cancellation and refund policy, which is part of these terms.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload: brochures, images, floor plans, videos, prices, prepared answers and notes ("your content"). You allow us to store, process and display your content only to provide Pitch Room to you.

• You confirm that you have the right to use your content. For example, the developer's permission to use their brochure and renders.
• You're responsible for the information you show clients being accurate and up to date.
• You're responsible for following the rules that apply to how you market property, including those of the Dubai Land Department and RERA.
• We may remove content if we're told it infringes someone's rights or breaks the law.

8. Fair use

Don't:

• share, resell or rent out your access;
• upload anything unlawful, misleading or that you don't have the right to use;
• try to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the service;
• upload viruses or other harmful code.

9. Information about your clients

If you enter information about your clients, for example in private notes, you're responsible for having a lawful reason to do so and for telling your clients where the law requires it. We handle it as described in our privacy policy.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep Pitch Room available, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. We may need to carry out maintenance, and we'll try to do it outside normal working hours. We may improve or change features. If we remove a main feature of your plan, we'll tell you in advance, and you can cancel.

11. Our liability

We provide Pitch Room with reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably foresee, or for lost sales, commission or business opportunities. Our total liability to you in connection with Pitch Room is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12 months] before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

12. Ending the agreement

You can end this agreement at any time by cancelling. We can suspend or end your account if you seriously break these terms or don't pay, after telling you where we reasonably can. When your account closes, we delete your content within [90 days], as explained in our privacy policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll email you at least [30 days] before it applies. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by [Governing law]. Any dispute will be dealt with by [Courts]. Before going to court, please contact us first so we can try to solve the problem.
