The short version
- We collect what we need to run your account and your meetings.
- We never sell your personal data or your clients’. We may use anonymised, combined data that identifies no one.
- Card details are handled by our payment processor. We don't store your card number.
- Your private notes are shown only on your phone. They are never sent to the client's screen.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time.
1. Who we are
Pitch Room L.L.C-FZ ("we", "us") runs Pitch Room. We are registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licence number 2655954.01, at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What we collect and why

3. Information about your clients
Agents may enter information about their clients, for example in private notes or in a follow-up link. For that information, the agent decides what is entered and why. We process it on the agent's behalf, only to provide Pitch Room. Agents are responsible for having a lawful reason to enter it.
4. The law we follow
We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). We use your data because:
- we need it to provide the service you signed up for;
- the law requires it, for example tax and accounting records;
- we have a legitimate interest, for example keeping the service secure and improving it;
- or you have given consent, for example to receive product news. You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- service providers who help us run Pitch Room: hosting (DigitalOcean), reading brochures with AI (Anthropic), maps (OpenFreeMap), payments (our payment processor) and email (Google). They may use it only to provide their service to us;
- professional advisers, such as our accountants and lawyers, where needed;
- authorities, when the law requires it.
6. Anonymised and combined data
We may combine and anonymise information from the use of Pitch Room so that it no longer identifies you, your clients, your agency or any other person, for example prices per square foot shown by area, which areas and unit types are presented most, how long topics are shown, and launch prices and payment plans.
Anonymised data is not personal data. We may use it, publish it, share it and sell it, for example in market reports and statistics. It never includes names, phone numbers, email addresses or anything else that identifies a person.
7. Where it's stored
Our service providers may store data outside the UAE. When they do, we make sure it is protected to the standard the law requires.
8. How long we keep it
- Account details and your content: while your account is open. We delete your content within 90 days after your account closes.
- Billing records: for as long as UAE tax and accounting law requires.
- Messages to us: for as long as we need them to deal with your request.
9. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to it is limited to people who need it to run the service. Private notes are never sent to the client's screen.
10. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of your personal data;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop or limit how we use it;
- send it to you, or to another provider, in a usable format.

11. Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The Pitch Room app uses cookies or similar storage only to keep you logged in and to remember your settings.
12. Children
Pitch Room is a business tool and isn't meant for anyone under 18.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or on this page before it applies. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
